A distinctive banner wrap has been unfurled on a terrace of Georgian houses in the Redcliffe area of Bristol.
Redevelopment of the six town houses by Change Real Estate at Redcliffe Parade West is underway, with the specialist conversion of the historic properties being managed by Integral Build.
The banner wrap is an artist’s representation of the terrace, originally built in the 1770s and situated within a conservation area, which is now being converted from office accommodation back to its original residential use.
3-8 Redcliffe Parade West, overlooking the floating harbour, will be transformed into 30 high quality one, two and three bedroom apartments with communal facilities and car parking. The new homes are expected to come to market in spring 2017.
The new banner wrap is screening the restoration work on the main façade of the Grade II listed terrace.
Ron Persaud, Director of Change Real Estate comments, “Work is progressing well at Redcliffe Parade West, it’s a privilege for us to have the opportunity to bring this iconic terrace back to its original residential use. The wrap provides a distinctive image for people viewing the development from across the floating harbour.”
Integral Build Divisional Director Tim Stringer adds: “These beautiful Georgian houses are in a prime location that is currently seeing a real renaissance in popularity. Converting them back to their original purpose while at the same time bringing them up to high spec present day requirements for living spaces is a fabulous project for us.”
